What You’ll Be Doing

  • Successful certification regarding PCI Compliance, Squirrel POS, Cash Handling and Bar Cash Handling
  • Maintain consistent adherence to the Greenleaf Hospitality Group unmatched guest service standards
  • Thorough knowledge of the property and the amenities of what Greenleaf Hospitality Group offers
  • Work well with others and work together for common goals; responsible to obtain all menus needed to do job of selling events and sell restaurant effectively
  • Main duties include answering phones and selling events during the day, greeting guests, seating guests, taking reservations, helping wait staff, coordinating private functions, outside sales to private parties, booking events with and through the sales department, and other restaurant duties.  These parties will include all parties of 50 or more for, PDR, chefs table, bar and restaurant.
  • Reaching out to local business owners, retailers and organizations and inviting them to dine with us
  • Responsible for executing special internal promotional events at chefs table  
  • Complete all private party contracts
  • Working knowledge or ability to learn capacity of open table
  • Understand expectation of private sales function to include contractual obligation of guest, enforcement of contract, and accounting for all parties at event completion
  • On site contact for all events (private, sales, public) 
  • Manage and update content for social media accounts
  • Manage and update website content
  • Use proper phone etiquette
  • Speak, read, & write English clearly
  • Work well with others and work together for common goal
  • Provide information to guests. Must be knowledgeable about other restaurants, shops, and locations on property and about current/upcoming events. 
  • Maintain control of the seating flow within the restaurant, communicate with kitchen and staff to ensure steady flow of dining guests. 
  • Supervising associates, scheduling, training, and engagement


What You Need for this Position

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours or more
  • Able to stoop and bend
  • Occasionally able to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Able to safely work with potentially dangerous chemicals and equipment
  • Able to comply with safety and health code standards
