Job Purpose
The Accounting Clerk role is focused on assisting the Accounting/Finance Team with the overall fiscal management of Greenleaf Hospitality Group properties.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greenleaf Hospitality Group Cashier Duties:
- Managing Petty Cash
- Managing Housebank
- Reconciling deposits match actual
- Managing intercompany transfers and exchanges
- Recording cash journal entries
- ATM Cash Management
- Reverse ATM Maintenance
- Manage company credit card program
- Assist AR & AP staff members where needed
- Assist with intercompany billings, transactions, and reconciliations
- Assist with daily revenue reporting
- Support accounting team with month-end closing processes
- Support accounting team with Square, Silverware, Opera, and Etix inputs and maintenance
- Other duties as assigned
